Jiwon McCartney, Founder, CEO

Jiwon Studied Visual Communications at Northern Illinois University and started working in the Food & Beverage industry in the late 90's. She spent 15 years climbing the corporate ladder for brands such as Levy Management and Hyatt Corporation to name a few.  Then started on her own vision planning to offer a different kind of meeting and event planning service with ALLURE Event & Meeting Productions.  In 2013 she created  the National Cooking Competition Series; Culinary Fight Clubto recognize local culinary talented in a cooking battle for the Perfect Plate.  In 2014 Jiwon fulfilled her passion for service and community and Founded the grass roots charity Fight2Feed the non profit reducing food waste and sharing with those in need.  A constant ideas gal and communicator she shares her ideas and big plans not just by offering a plan but by action.
